Project 24: SSC Manual of Forms for the Oahu Districts
Description: Members from Honolulu, Leeward, Windward, and Central Oahu Districts worked on creating a large binder filled with each and every form used in their respective districts. The purpose was tri-fold: 1) visually see what forms each district had, 2) increase awareness between SSCs as to what would be needed when sending files over to another district, and 3) brainstorm ways the system could be improved state-wide. What each member realized is that each district is "re-inventing the wheel". If there was more collaboration between districts, the result would be less paperwork and information would be more efficiently if everyone had the same "complete" forms to use. Also, there was a realization that Central Oahu District had the most forms.
