Feature of the Month—
Welcome to the new SSC Forum for discussion, collaboration, problem solving etc! We have developed the SSC Forum to give you a place to go for support, ideas, fresh dialogue with your professional peers about relevant issues in your work. How the SSC Forum is best used will emerge over time...however, to get us started the dialogue is focused around "Commonly Asked Questions". These questions might be questions asked of SSCs by Principals, teachers, parents, students, community agencies etc. Questions might also include those that newer SSCs ask about this shifting and creative position as they build their knowledge base. If you are interested in participating you could begin by entering a question that you feel is a commonly asked question in the voice of the one asking. Please put in (parenthesis who might be asking the question, ie: parent or community member or school staff). To begin, click on any of the discussion SSC Forum link icons; type in username & password; click "post" . . . If you see a question that you would like to provide an answer to, please do so by clicking on the question in the left banner under "contents" and click "reply". As we build this question and answer dialogue it will be edited and a document will be created. This co-created document will be placed on the web page for others to see and will be made available for distribution. If you like the SSC Forum keep checking in as areas of focus will be changing over the months. Please write in with ideas you would like to see focused on for future SSC Forum discussions.
